Brilliant ex-Air Force pilot Rowdy Welles (Davi) is forced into action when a cunning, Eastern European terrorist (Godunov) accumulates enough nuclear fire power to disrupt world peace. Armed with a sharp wit and aided by a sexy inside spy, Welles must locate and destroy the terrorists weapon's arsenal- a mission that culminates in an explosive arial joust to the death.
